MTS Wind Turbine Blade Fatigue Test Solutions
Apply single- and dual-axis cyclic loading to full-scale wind turbine blades and sub-components at resonant frequencies to meet fatigue-testing demands of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Specification 61400-23. The MTS offering includes two complementary solutions: the fast, powerful Ground-coupled Resonance Excitation (GREX) System, and the flexible, efficient Inertial Resonance Excitation (IREX) System.
