The max weight of vehicles tested on the K&C is customer suspension dependent.During K&C vertical and roll kinematic tests the suspension must be pushed into into the jounce bumper, which usually takes 1.5-3x the corner weight of the vehicle.For example, if the vehicle is 4 mtons = 1 mton per corner weight, it would take approximately 1.5 to 3 mtons per corner to push the suspension up to the jounce bumper. Thus, the PC K&C can be used for 4-5 mton vehicles and the LT K&C used for 8-10 mton vehicles.
